GAS detectors and fire extinguis

The Advance Decree, Legislative Decree no. 145/2023 of 18 October coordinated with Law no. 191 of 2023, introduced art. 13-ter which concerns the Regulation of rentals for tourism purposes. (Fire Prevention)

In any case, all real estate units are equipped with devices for the detection of combustible gases and carbon monoxide in working order as well as portable fire extinguishers in compliance with the law. at least 6 kg or litres and at least for Classes 13A + 89B + F (F for cooking fuel oils), at least 1 every 200 m2 and at least 1 per floor. To comply with the new obligation I therefore suggest a portable water foam extinguisher with a capacity of 6 litres. The model must comply with the EN3-7 regulation and be approved according to the Ministerial Decree 07/01/05. (at least 13A + 89B + F) Fire classes of type A, + B + F.
